    Description

    Sir Henry Morgan came from a humble family in Wales to become a one of the most famous Privateers
    in the Carribean and elsewhere, finally becoming the Lieutenant Governor of Jamaica in 1674. This large 45mm  in diameter coin commemorates the 300th anniversary of Morgan becoming Lieutenant Governor  and contains 44.19 grams of sterling silver. The coin depicts a likeness of Henry Morgan between two large wooden sailing ships on the obverse and the Seal of Jamaica on the reverse "Out of Many, One People".  The coin comes in a clear plastic pouch in good condition.  NGC condition is PF-66+.
