Ebbets Field Flannels 1942 Newark Bears International League Jersey

Description

This is a late 1990s Ebbets Field Flannels rendition of an International League Newark Bears road gray baseball jersey.
The Bears were the top minor league affiliate of the New York Yankees in the 1930s and 40s.
Many Yankee greats played for the Bears, to include Yogi Berra.
The Hale Health Program patch on the left sleeve indicates it’s a reproduction of the Bears’ 1942 jersey, as that was the only year this patch was worn in professional baseball.
The jersey is marked X-Large; however, it only measures 22” armpit-to-armpit which indicates it’s actually a large or a Size 44.
I wonder if it was mismarked.
The jersey is in outstanding shape but there is a small stain on left sleeve above the Hale Health patch.
The stain may come out with dry cleaning.
I have not personally tried to remove it.
