The writing on the cardboard sleeves belonged to our Uncle the grade on there (if any) is how he bought them advertised over during the last 30 years from the coin catalogs where he bought them.The grade on the cardboard holder (if any) is not a guarantee of grade you need to to grade this coin yourself.
