    This listing is for an organdy double layer ruffled back bustle  tap skirt with a matching attached elasticized belt. I am showing the item from the front and the back and on a model (who is showing it in plum with a leotard which is NOT included). This item is brand new but missing any hangtags. These were probably photo samples.. This skirt is a great way to take a  leotard and make it into a tap costume, add a little silver and snazz it up a bit and you have a tap costume economically. 4910 sb18
