    Description

    This item is new but was  used as a sample to take the catalog photo. There are 4 separate pieces you get to make this costume.  A copen blue spandex leotard with bubble lace overlay that has ruffle, sequin, rosette and bow trim.  The clear straps are adjustable.  A candy pink and copen slip on chandella boa skirt with two boa armbands. The leotard is a tot, and the skirt is a small child.
