Brand new with no hangtags in size medium child. This skirt is a full circle mounted onto spandex boycut trunks. Great for dance, drill, skate or baton, either as a costume or a coverup. The model is showing it over pink leopard leggings. see my photo for actual item
The hem of the skirt is not finished, it does not need to be as the fabric does not ravel. It is designed this way.Size medium fits a girls size 8-10
