This item is brand new and in the original Wolff Fording packaging. It is a pistachio matte spandex leotard with a crepe peplum.  There are white smocked puff sleeves and a lace top skirt.  The underskirts are organdy and net.  There is a hair ribbon with flowers and choker included.  The size available in this listing is tot.  Refer to the measurement guide provided with the pictures to confirm a good fit.
