Size is small/medium child.  Elastic waist size 16 to 28 inches.   The length is approximately 11 inches.   It has a satin covered elasticized waist band.  There are three layers.  Top layer is  lace with two layers of chiffon.  The color is hot pink.   This item is brand new and in the original  packaging.   They are
