Description:
When applied to rusted surfaces, it resists/retards rust in chemical change on drying to a tough, hard surface ready for priming. Paint jobs will last longer after an application of OSPHO because subsequent paint coating securely attaches itself so that moisture and oxygen normally do not attack the metal. Water-thin, covers a larger area than paint and goes on easily. Equally effective for exterior or interior. Available in Case Quantity only.
A rust-inhibiting coating is not a paint
You do not have to remove light rust
Merely remove loose paint and rust scale, dirt, oil, grease and other accumulations with a wire brush

Return Policy
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 30 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only! All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) obtained via e-mail.
