Winsor & Newton Simply Painting Frank Clarke Watercolor Paint Set Brushes Oil. Preowned set. I know nothing about painting or paint. These paint tubes may or may not be usable. They aren't completely dried up but I don't know what the consistency should be. There is a large tube of oil paint included & a tube that is labeled "permanent white". I don't know if that's a paint or some sort of filler. The brushes are in good condition & the Art Masking Fluid seems to be fine. Everything in the photos is included.
